When do I need electrolytes instead of water?

Is HydraZen low sodium?

Yes, at 100 mg per scoop it sits at the low end, suited to everyday sipping and lighter workouts. Low-Sodium vs High-Sodium Electrolyte Mixes explains when more sodium makes sense.

Sugar-free electrolyte drink mixes, with or without caffeine*

Plain water covers most of your day. An electrolyte drink helps on the long, sweaty or hot ones. Both mixes here are sugar-free, so you can choose by whether you want caffeine.*

HydraZen is caffeine-free. One scoop has 200 mg of potassium, 100 mg of sodium, 40 mg of calcium and 20 mg of magnesium, plus B vitamins, for about 10 calories. Mix one scoop with 14 to 20 oz of water. It comes in five flavors: Zesty Lemonade, Peach Mango, Passion Fruit, Lychee Mania and Matcha Green Tea.

EnerZen adds natural caffeine from green tea: 200 mg in a full two-scoop serving, with 100 mg of L-theanine, taurine and electrolytes. Mix one scoop with 6 to 10 oz of water for half the caffeine.

A fresh start can be as simple as a full glass in the morning. To build a routine around it, read What's in HydraZen? or see The Radiance Ritual.
