Nuvazen Bonart pairs vitamin D3 and K2 (MK-7) with calcium in one capsule, to support strong bones and a healthy heart.
The two vitamins do complementary jobs: D3 helps your body absorb calcium, and K2 helps direct it into your bones. Each capsule has 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3, 100 mcg of vitamin K2 and 210 mg of calcium, with a little black pepper extract.
Good to know: vitamin K can affect blood-thinning medication, so talk to your doctor first if you take one.
